Greenwich Waldorf School is located alongside the green spaces of Greenwich and Blackheath in South East London.  We are an independent school with a dynamic, progressive and contemporary Waldorf curriculum for pupils aged 3-18.

Location: Woodlands, 90 Mycenae Road, London, SE3 7SE

Contract: Full-Time

Hours: Monday to Friday 8am – 4pm

Salary: Depending on experience

Reports to: SENDCo

Job Summary

To support and, where appropriate, lead learning activities in a way that is developmentally appropriate, relationship-led, and aligned with Waldorf pedagogy, ensuring continuity of learning, strong pastoral care, and inclusive provision.

The HLTA will deliver teacher-planned learning, support pupils’ academic and emotional development, and contribute to a safe, calm, and purposeful school environment. Although the HLTA may deliver lessons to whole classes, this is not a teaching role. The HLTA works within the direction of the class teachers, using their planning and does not hold responsibility for curriculum design or overall class outcomes.
